How do I change my Guides log in password?

To reset your Teachable password, complete the following steps:

  1. In the login screen, click Forgot Password?
  2. Enter your email address into the Email Address field, then click Next
  3. You’ll then receive a notification indicating that reset instructions have been sent to the email address you specified
  4. If you do not see the reset password email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders
  5. When you receive the email, you will need to change your password within 24 hours.
    • If it has been over 24 hours since you requested the email, you will have to request a new reset password email

  6. If you do not have an account associated with that email address, you’ll receive an error message that indicates that your email address is not associated with an account
